VP, contractor
New York, NY:
As the tile and marble contractor on a large residential project in Manhattan, I found Pamela Eagle to always be on task, professional and energetic. She was on top of every detail, and saw to it that everything was executed with quality and precision. No compromises.

New York, NY:
What exactly is an Owner's Representative? I've had other homes renovated and I had never heard of that service. I thought by now I should be an expert and know exactly what I want and how to get it. I have a great architect and a contractor I've worked with before so shouldn't everything be smooth this time around. How wrong I was.
Pamela does an amazing job of understanding precisely what your needs are and how to get them fulfilled in the shortest possible time and with 100% satisfaction. There will never be that feeling after a large renovation that "there are only a couple little things I would have done differently...I'll remember next time."
With Pamela's involvement you get exactly what you want.
If there is a certain type of door handle you are looking for, she will research it to pure exhaustion, she will go with you to the various vendors and literally spend hours drilling them on the details (your architect will be way too busy to engage in this and they will typically only work with a subset of materials that they have used before).
She will push the contractors along and make sure that everything is done to perfection. While she can be tough on the contractors, they do respect her. They knew if they took a short cut they would have to re-do their work.
Her daily email updates were something I always looked forward to. They gave a precise assessment of where the project stood and what happened that day.
And nothing is more legendary than her punch lists. I told Pamela not to worry about an imperfection in a piece of outdoor decking since it would have wear and tear in no time. Her attitude was that the vendor needed to deliver the deck to perfection and what I did after that was my business.
Is it worth the cost to engage Pamela? Absolutely! She saved more than her fees in reduced construction time alone.
Pamela Eagle has my highest recommendation.

New York, NY:
Pamela Eagle, Pamela Eagle, Pamela Eagle, Pamela Eagle. This is a name I will never forget even if I don't do another high-end renovation in my lifetime.
I was hired as the General Contractor to renovate a penthouse in NYC last year. When I walked into the first meeting I saw the Owners, for whom I had done previous work, an architect and a designer. Next to the Owners was this lady, Pamela Eagle. As we all spoke she just listened. I was wondering: What is she doing here? Soon enough I found out she was the Owner’s Representative. Not ever before having to deal with an Owner’s Rep I really did not know how this was going to affect the job, the contract or our ability to work with having another input. I sometimes think that between the Owners, Architect and Designers there are too many inputs.
Well, needless to say, Pamela Eagle was all we needed. She stayed on top of everything and everybody.
As an owner of my contracting firm I'm not on the job every day but Pamela made sure I knew everything that was going on by calling and questioning me every other day to make sure my guys are reporting everything back to me and if there were any changes that I knew about them as soon as possible. I had worked with the Owner and Architect before and we knew each other pretty well, and sometimes when people work together on a few jobs they don't question each other as often as they should.
Pamela Eagle was the person that brought fresh outlook and ideas and made sure that it was just what the Owner wanted. She was tough, demanding and sometimes a pain in the neck, but in the end, the results were there.
She wasn't only good for the Owner but for us, the contractors, as well. She was the one to spend time with the Owner picking and choosing materials and then following up with us to make sure it got done and done properly. She saved us time and money which means a lot in construction because the sooner we finish the job, the more money we make, and the Owner is happy that we are not there taking up his or her living space.
I don't know how much the Owner paid her but I know he got more than his money's worth.
Now that I have seen what Pamela Eagle and her talents are about I'm looking forward to working with her on other projects and I heartily recommend her to anyone with a residential renovation project.
Her daily reports and work logs were unbelievable. Her organizational skills are, bar none, the best I've seen and that is why the Owners, the Architect, the Designers, the General Contractor, the Building Manager and anybody else involved in this project were all on the same page every single day. We all knew what was going on and when it was going to happen.
This job was an absolute pleasure to do because of the diligence, leadership and hard work put in by Pamela Eagle.

Washington, DC:
I never knew I could find an Owner’s Representative to help with a renovation in my home. I know they are available in the world of commercial real estate. So I was thrilled when I learned about Pamela Eagle.
I already had a design and plans for a major re-do of my kitchen but my designer and I were butting heads about slow turnaround times and big fees for minor changes to the plans. Meanwhile, I could not begin the process of interviewing contractors.
The delay turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because in the interim, I engaged Pamela. Her sense of design and extraordinary attention to detail got me on the right glide path. Soon my design was complete---I never did have to go back to my original designer, thank goodness---and I had a “purchase list” with prices so that I could start to interview contractors.
One of my many unexpected bonuses was Pamela’s list of questions to ask contractors that were specific to my job. I incorporated many of the answers into the contract I eventually signed with a very capable contractor.
I know I saved a significant sum of money because I was prepared at the start, thanks to Pamela’s assistance. I avoided pitfalls all too familiar in earlier renovation projects I’d done: changes to the specifications or design after the work began, merely because no one anticipated some pretty obvious obstacles. Pamela Eagle anticipated and avoided every issue we faced. If she could not be certain, she always had a Plan B.
Pamela created an incredibly useful computer file of all the decisions and choices we made by generating an easy-to-read master spreadsheet and attaching all the manufacturers’ specification sheets. I used it to solicit bids from contractors and suppliers. Every item was specified down to color and model number along with relevant comments. I know this level of specificity eliminated waste, saved me money (yet again!) and in one instance, helped me avoid a bait-and-switch situation. My contractor used this package to guide his workers through the construction phase.
Pamela’s electronic files are textbook worthy.
It’s impossible to overstate Pamela’s attention to detail. Nothing escaped her. Her willingness to research new products and updated models is refreshing. And her strong relationships with vendors are something I find very reassuring.
I felt like I was getting honest answers and sound advice from the moment she and I began our collaboration. Her endless patience with my endless questions has made me a fan forever---and a client forever, too.
To top it all off, I love my new kitchen!

New York, NY:
It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Pamela H. Eagle. She was our Owner’s Representative and Design Consultant for the gut renovation of our penthouse apartment. The project budget was in the seven-figure range with a time line of 12 months and consisted of close to 3,000 square feet of interior space and a very large landscaped outdoor terrace.
Pamela established herself as the leader of the project from the very beginning. Dealing with all the trades and the many vendors that were involved, her knowledge, professionalism and integrity won the respect of everyone.
Pamela is a perfectionist and that came through time and time again. She ensured that the 1,000+ square feet of new marble was artfully blended, researched and selected the best hardware, appliances, fixtures, etc. She oversaw the installation process to safeguard that everything was properly done in a timely way and within the guidelines we had set out. She always had the best interests of the Owners as her number one priority.
Pamela also has the astonishing ability to transition from a technical construction role to a person who could explain, in layman’s terms, a complicated construction subject. This was invaluable when it came to electrical, flooring, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry, layouts, everything.
I recommend Pamela Eagle to you without hesitation. She would be a tremendous asset to your construction project.

Washington, DC:
Pamela Eagle was our Design Consultant for the renovation of our master bathroom which transformed our outdated and cramped bathroom into a show piece which combines aesthetics, comfort and practicality. Every step of the way, she aided the renovation and assured that we did not make mistakes. From reviewing the designer's plan and making wonderful design suggestions to finding the best products at competitive prices, her meticulous attention to detail assured a quality renovation and gave us peace of mind.
For example, Pamela questioned the designer's plans for a knee wall at the base of the air jet tub and consulted the manufacturer verifying a knee wall was unnecessary, resulting in a design change which gave us additional coveted floor space. She made other design improvements such as pull-out bottoms on the vanity and storage compartments on the inside of the cabinet doors.
She always had our comfort and safety in mind whether recommending slip-resistant materials on the floor or the placement of grab bars and tub and shower controls.
Similarly, Pamela's attention to detail uncovered inconsistencies in the designer's plans and elevations which were corrected, avoiding costly construction mistakes.
Additionally, she provided us with a comprehensive shopping list, along with specification sheets, to facilitate purchasing and direction for the contractors, saving us time and money. Moreover, because Pamela has relationships with relevant suppliers, she found the floor and wall tile at a price that was only a fraction of what the designer and contractor had quoted.
We are truly grateful for her talents and guidance and recommend Pamela whole-heartedly for any residential construction project.

Being a designer myself, designing my first home became a nightmare. When renovations began we found ourselves stuck and unable to make a decision on the Master Bathroom. Dear friends from the city referred us to Pamela. After a brief conversation and a few email exchanges, she knew exactly what our taste was and began emailing me thoughtful selections of materials for us to choose from.
We loved everything she sent us. Pamela has impeccable taste and the most discerning eye. She always specified within our budget and helped us make the best choices on where to spend our money so we got the most bang for our buck. She anticipated all our concerns before they became costly problems.
She eased tensions between my husband and me when it came to arguments about choices and costs. She saved our project and, quite possibly, our marriage.
Since the bathroom project, Pamela is involved in every design decision we make for the house. She thinks of the questions that you forget to ask or don’t know to ask. She always guides you to make the choice that is best for “your house.”
The bottom line is that Pamela made our renovation fun. She made it stress free. She made it our dream house. You can’t put a dollar amount on that.
Thank you Pamela!

Bridgewater, NJ:
We recently moved into a new house and decided to redo all of the bathrooms. We literally went down to the studs which meant we had to design, spec out and order everything: tiles, sinks, tub, hardware, lighting, steam shower, faucets, etc.
For me, I needed to ensure that the effort and dollars we were putting into the work met our very discerning tastes. Pamela to the rescue!
I had no idea how complicated installing a bathroom could be. We literally had dozens of decisions that had to be made every week. Pamela was there for us every step of the way. She not only knew the best choices for us to make, but knew the best sources for the materials themselves.
Pamela made the entire process as stress free as we could have imagined. We would tell her something we wanted, and in no time at all, she had the best options for us.
This didn’t just happen with the tile, the bathtub, the sinks or the basic hardware. It was with every single item that went into our bathrooms. Her expertise, her eye, her knowledge, her anticipating our needs, her attitude…these are a few of the qualities that make her the perfect complement to any job you’d bring her in to oversee.
If you are even considering utilizing Pamela, do not give it another thought. Bring her in. I promise you will celebrate your excellent decision.

Pamela Eagle has acted as Design Consultant on many projects in my home.
When replacing all my kitchen appliances, I was lost, not knowing what to purchase and had to work within the constraints of an existing kitchen with the new appliances needing to fit the space. Pamela took the time to research each and every appliance.
I was incredibly thrilled with the time and agita she saved me. Before engaging her, my renovations were a mess. I now consult with Pamela for all my home renovation needs.
Pamela Eagle makes a difficult task, a pleasure, and has a keen eye for detail. She works within your budget and works with what you have.
